Service was great! I called at around 11:45 to schedule an appointment. They offered one for me between 2-4 pm the same day. Then, the tech called me at 12:40 and explained that he had a schedule change and could come earlier if that worked for me! By 1:15 the garage door was repaired and working better than before! Tim was the tech and he was so friendly, knowledgeable and nice. Great prompt efficient service! Thank you.

Precision installed a new garage door for us last month so we decided to have them come back and replace our open as well. Mike did an excellent job! He was on time, explained all the options and costs. Made sure our remotes and keyless entry were functional and advised us on the regular maintenance we should do to keep it running well. New opener is so quiet! We had two good experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done and done well.

It’s Saturday and Precision made my appointment based on my schedule you can’t find service like that now a days in addition I learned something that will benefit me in the future regarding 2 car garage doors, Tom was very professional and replaced my spring and in no time. We needed our garage door repaired and Mike was our technician. He did a great job. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly.

The technician was on time and courteous. He inspected the door, found the problem, and presented me with repair options. He told me which one he thought would be best and why, but there was never any pressure and none of the options presented included replacing any working part or doing more than was needed. He then did the necessary repair as well as a couple of minor adjustments to make the door work more smoothly. He did quality work, and the door now works great. I would definitely use Precision again in the future and will recommend them to any friend or neighbor who has a problem with their garage door.
