I had an old Craftman garage door opener that wouldn’t open or close. I thought it was the door that was causing the issue, but nothing was operating even with the door unattended. I called PDS on a Sunday, stated my issue, and an appointment was set up on the same day. Alex was the technician, who called back and arrived earlier than the appointment due to a previous cancellation. Alex was very thorough with his inspection of the entire garage door, and provided many repair options. Once an option was selected, he explained what he would do and completed the job as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very tidy. He inspected his work to ensure everything was working, and cleaned everything up before completing the final paperwork. Thank you very much Alex! Job well done!
