Precision called promptly first thing in the morning and setup a quick appointment. David called advising what time he will arrive, and he did arrived spot on. David explained the broken springs and how it works, and he also took the time to explain that the rollers could use replacing. I was surprised that the company was willing to repair our garage door on a Saturday. The service man called prior to coming out, which I had asked him to do. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable he inspected out entire garage door apparatus and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and had even made an adjustment that made our garage door preform even better than it had before our spring broke. I would definitely use this company again!
