Dustin came out this morning and helped me get my garage working. He was extremely knowledgeable and understood what my problem was immediately. A quick conversation about what to do and 20 minutes to make the adjustment and it was done. Thanks again for everything! Will call again after the next time I mess something up.

While going through a list of 4 names I received after consulting Angie’s List, someone from Precision called me on the phone. They said they could handle the repair I needed. And the tech, Alex, was right on time the very next morning. After examining the problem, he had to leave to get the needed part, but returned when he said he would and had the work done within the expected time. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He tweaked the door a bit to get it operating more smoothly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone with garage door “issues.” I’m getting a new home ready to move into and this was by far the easiest “repair” job I’ve had done so far. 5 stars! for sure.

The service was completed well over my expectations: 1) Completed on the same day I called in; 2) The serviceman (Alex) was very professional, courteous, and friendly; 3) Alex explained everything thoroughly, including what must be done as well as what may be needed in the near future; and 4) I have asked for all the mechanisms (including springs and opener systems) except for a new door, and it was completed within a couple of hours. My highest recommendation to anyone thinking of repair and/or installation of a garage door!!
