The spring broke at 4:30pm and I called at 4:45pm and it was fixed with a very friendly and professional tech at 6:20pm This is the best service I have seen in quite a while.

My garage door opener stopped working on Fri. I googled for someone to repair it and found Precision. Scheduled visit for first thing Monday. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised, and was here in the time that I selected. I showed him what my garage door opener was doing and he replied, “It’s fried.” I thought as much. Quoted me a new one, said he could replace it in about an hour which he did. Would use Precision again and would recommend them.

Precision answered the call promptly and arranged for a service representative to visit that day. This service visit was actually before the arranged time but they called ahead to ensure that that was ok. My problem was quickly identified and corrected in a pleasant manner. I will remember Precision for future calls and share with friends as well.

Chris W. arrived right on time for the service. He replaced my old garage door opener and repaired the weather seal on the bottom of the garage door. He was very personable and efficient and did excellent work on both jobs. Highly recommend Precision and Chris.

Very knowledgeable technician replaced springs and coils put in new rollers. There was not much room to work and the tech was understandinging and was happy we were able to clear some room for him. After the job was done you could not tell he was there, I believe leaving a clean job site directly results in the quality of work performed. Thanks precision garage door
