    Garage door repair-I thought for 1605dollars I should have gotten a new cross shaft for the springs instead of using old one. The tech put a reinforcement Brit on that he said he wouldn’t charge me for clearly he did 135.00. I don’t like surprises.

    Terrific service. I called on a Sunday morning to have a broken garage door opener spring replaced. I was told someone would arrive between noon and 4. David C called prior and arrived a little after 1. The technician explained everything thoroughly. David C reminded me of one of my nephews – he was very personable and professional!

    I chose Precision for my garage door repair because of the commercials I had seen on television. I made a very good choice! Anthony arrived as scheduled listened to my concern and my garage door. He explained what was going on with my opener, showed me options for a new opener, and explained the differences between them. Anthony was clean in appearance, professional, answered all of my questions, and was just an absolute joy to have at my home! I will always refer Precision to anyone I know that needs to have their garage door repaired. Thank you for having such wonderful employees!
