Called Precision because our opener belt broke over the weekend and they promptly answered the phone and scheduled Tom Palmer to be at our home around 2pm. Tom arrived on time and noticed one of our springs had also broken. He took the time to explain our repair options, and even helped me look for a clip from the belt, that if we found it, would save us money on our repair. Unfortunately we couldn’t find it. Tom was friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. Happy with the service we received from Tom and Precision Door Service!!

We called on labor day weekend and had our garage door repaired within about 3-4 hours from the time we called to the time the repair was complete. Our technician (Tom) was professional, courteous, very knowledgable and did a very high quality job replacing our broken springs as well as all of the mechanical components of the door.
