If all the techs are like Tim T, Precision gets an A+ from me. An hour and a half from the time I called until Tim was leaving. Door had a new spring and three new bearings. Tim noticed wear on the spring bar and checked the bearings. One was totally locked. May save me a future service call.

I was just ripped off by this company. I ran into my door and needed a few repairs. They added many other charges and repairs to the bill. I spoke with another repairman who verified this but they had already started the work so I wasn’t able to stop it. When I asked the repairman to stop and quote me on the work he had already done because I realized the price was too high he told me that he isn’t able to raise the door to remove his items and gave me a breakdown of why it is that price which seemed like he was replacing too much unnecessary stuff. Then he “talked to him manager” and somehow was able to come down over $300. I was still ripped off even with that price so I am not happy. I’m thankful that they were able to come out over the weekend but also know that I could have saved at least a couple hundred dollars had I been able to wait until Monday.

I have used precision door in the past. They fixed my problem. I had to get a new door opening system. I trust this company. They did a nice job again. I think the price was fair. I would use this company again.

The service was excellent and extremely responsive! I was offered an appointment for the same day when my door failed. Matt, my technician, was professional, provided my multiple options based on his assessment, and completed the work quickly once I made a decision of which option I wanted. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything so I was comfortable with the new opener and how it worked.

I needed my garage door springs replaced. The technician, Dustin did a great job. He answered all of my questions and was done in one hour. My door is working so much better now than ever before. Much quieter. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision for your service needs.

11/20/2020; 5 Stars. Garage door spring broke 6am when leaving for work. Called and reached a live person at 6am – amazing! and scheduled a service tech who arrived at noon. Tech’s name was Brian. Very knowledgeable, professional and engaging. Gave me different pricing options and quickly completed repairs. I will certainly recommend this company to neighbors and friends. Scott Creed.

I called Precision after I attempted to fix my door control myself. They can out within the hour. Walker was polite curteous and knowledgeable. He took a look a the situation and provided me with Option. He install the selected option, quickly. I am truly happy with the results.
