Tyler was probably the nicest person we’ve ever had come service anything in our house. Super friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend!

David, our service tech was just wonderful. He replaced our broken springs and installed a new opener. He set up both our cars to work with the new opener. He was very nice and showed us all we needed to know. I will recommend your company with no hesitation.

Immediate response (same day) and great attention to my need. Tim was masterful in his work. He explained everything and provided excellent service. Only suggestion would be a little more attention to clean-up as I found some debris the following day (not much) and more up front information on any coupons for discounts. Highly recommend Precision!

Tech—Tim, Jr. Saturday service call. Spring broke. Punctual and Professional. We had called two previous companies and left voicemails on their “urgent” voicemail. Precision Garage had a live human being operator to help us and give us same day service. Very thorough at looking at all components of our system.

Our service tech, Tim, arrived about 2 hours after I called. He inspected our door in a few minutes and gave us our options. He then repaired our broken torsion spring in about 30 minutes. I was ready to pay for a job well done when he informed me that after speaking with the central office, they were going to waive the entire cost of the repair! Amazing! I will now donate that money to my local charities and food pantries. Thank you! #PayItForward
