Gary was amazing! We’ve been in our new build for 3 years and of course the builders used the cheapest materials possible. He walked us through what failed and what to replace now so we don’t run into more expensive problems in the future. He fixed our spring in under 45 minutes. I was also amazed that I called this morning to book an appointment and Gary was at my house by 2:30. We will be recommending you guys to all of our neighbors going forward!

Heard a loud bang Monday evening but didn’t realize what it was until Tuesday morning when I tried to open my garage door and realized the spring busted. A couple of weeks ago, I returned home from working late, to discover that my garage door would not raise. That in itself was not that big of a problem. It just meant that I would have to leave the car outside for the night. However what was problematic was that my wife would not be able to get her car out of the garage the next morning to leave for work. I promptly called Precision. I was told that they could have someone at my house between 8 & 10 the next morning. It was crucial that they would arrive early enough to allow my wife time to get to work by 9:00. Thankfully our repairman Kayne S. showed up at 8:00, and made it possible for my wife to exit the garage in plenty of time to make it to her job. Kayne was cordial, polite & professional and explained what had gone wrong with our door. He showed payment options and offered helpful suggestions and advice for future reference.
