Tom was knowledgeable and professional about what needed done. Very friendly, never felt like I was being given a sales pitch. I was given options for the repairs. And was truly surprised when he repaired it then!!! That was awesome!!! Hiring someone these days is weeks or months out for the work to be done. Will only call your Company when I need repairs !!!
