I was looking for someone close to my home. I called to have a broken spring replaced, knowing I would replace both of them. I didn’t expect the cost (Sticker Shock) but we elected to have the repair done anyway.

Service technician did not have the parts for a specified project. Told me it would be rescheduled for the next day. They never added me to the schedule so obviously my business is not important to them.

Dimitri did a great job all around. He called 20 minutes ahead of arrival, was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was thorough in his diagnosis of the issue with our garage door. He did great work and was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend Precision and Dimitri!
