Dustin Keaton was a delight and a definite asset to Precision Door Service. He did a wonderful job, very professional and explained everything. Dustin replaced the sensors and I am not sure if what he replaced is called the springs or rollers. That is why I left “Purchase a new Product” blank. On Invoice it says Fleet Transportation and Genie Safety Eyes.

Spring snapped last night. Called Precision based on recommendation from neighbors. Glad I did! OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECH! Came out next morning at 9 AM. Complete rebuild of 7-year old parts on garage door. New 7 year warranty. Price fair. Kayne the tech was excellent, explaining all that he did, pricing options, and warranty.
