David was absolutely wonderful. Came out & told me what was needed. No charge for coming out or the expert advice. Will make sure we only use Precision when we have an issue though I doubt we will as long as we do. Can’t thank him & Precision enough!!

The door was installed many years ago by another company. I have used your company for the second time now because the other company refused to service our area. Both times I have been 100% satisfied. Your technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. II got answers on everything that mattered and made sense. I would highly recommend your company to others.

Very responsive and excellent work. Cost was higher than expected but my old garage door opener was 50 years old. So, I didn’t really know what to expect.

The company already had excellent reviews and we were able to make an appointment by calling at night when we discovered the problem. Dannie was there the next morning.

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

Technician did good

Angel was helpful over the phone and very courteous. She arranged a quick response and had Mike here in 2 hours. He explained the problem and replaced the genie door opener with a new universal keypad. No Charge. Mike was polite and answered all our questions. We are extremely pleased with this company.
