I will always be a Precision Garage Door customer. I had a problem with my garage door jumping off track in 2025. I called and the Tech showed up in 25 minutes. The tracking issue was resolved in 20 minutes. I had a garage door that would not open last night, this morning and early afternoon. A big snow storm is a day away. Tom came out and resolved the issue in about 25 minutes. We were very appreciative and thankful!!!

The installer (Derek) was very clear about my options to repair or replace the items which were making all the noise when the garage door was going up and down. I am very happy about my my decisions to correct the problems for the long term and not just a bandaid! I will have Derek repair/replace the old items in the other unit in the second bay of my garage soon! Then all will be matched up,fixed up and ready for another 20 years.
