I was not happy with the garage door opener they installed. I told sales guy that we wanted one that would tell us when the door was opened or closed and Wifi. They did a great job installing the new door but the insulation of the opener and how it works not good at all

Dmitri was our tech, he called to announce his arrival time, he asked for details on our concerns and showed up proceeded to explain situation and repair our door. Did an excellent job and finished in a timely fashion.

My garage door was not operating correctly and I realized that I had a broken torsion spring. Called Precision on Friday evening and scheduled a service call for Sunday. Received a call on Saturday morning informing me that they would be able to come out that Saturday afternoon if I was available. David, the service tech, called to let me know when he would arrive. He looked everything over and let me know what was needed and the cost. He and his assistant Austin, got everything installed in a short amount of time and my door is working perfectly again.
