My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. This is the first time I have used Precision and thus far have been extremely impressed with their response time and work ethics.

We had great service today. I called early afternoon and got an appointment between two and four. He was here at two. He very quickly realized we just needed to reboot a garage door opener to get it to open. We felt foolish for having him come all this way to our home, but he was very nice about it. I called with a concern about a squeal that I heard after closing our garage door. I was able to make an appointment fairly easy and quickly. The service tech, Kayne, was very friendly, came out and took a look and made his recommendations. Unbeknownst to him, I HATED how noisy our garage door opener had been since we built our house, you could hear it from the curb! The repairs (springs, rollers, belt, opener) were done quickly and Kayne explained all of the necessary instructions, had me demonstrate a couple of functions, and asked if we had any questions. Needless to say, we are now noise free all the way around! YAY! I’ve been thanking my husband for our new garage door opener for the last couple of days! ???? Thanks PDS!

My garage door began acting erratic on a Sunday morning. I decided to call Precision Door, looked up their number thinking I would give them a call first thing Monday morning. I was surprised to see they were open. Gave them a call and was able to get scheduled that day. The technician, Joseph arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional, explained the problem, had the parts needed and had my door repaired within an hour.
