Had the pleasure of working with Dmitri today. I woke up to the sound that nobody wants to hear, the chain on our garage door breaking. Not to mention, we are working to get our house listed to sell in less than 48hrs. After calling Precision at 9am, Dmitri was at our house at by 2pm, we quickly talked through the issue and he had it fixed in 30mins.
