Our technician was Patrick M. Technician showed up on time and was curious and friendly. I was a little surprised at the cost of the repair. But if it lasts as long as they claim it will, It will work itself out over time. My wife and I decided to go with Precision because of their TV commercials and they did not disappoint. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs their services.

Went online to request an appointment since garage door opener was not lifting or lowering. Took several tries due to my internet but the gal was pleasant through it all. Sent Raziel out who diagnosed the problem and priced me a new opener. Raziel was excellent and made it a great experience. Got a quality job, quality opener and decided on new rollers to top it off.
