first time using this company but all the reviews i read were accurate. From the time i called til the project was finished, we were completely happy with entire process. This company epitomizes customer with quality service and quality people! Dustin called ahead to letus know he was on his way and he arrived with in time-frame we were given. He was personable, explained what he was doing and answered my questions ..he was polite and conversational and he did a great job. I needed to walk my dogs and felt completely comfortable doing so as Dustin knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his reliability and trust-worthiness. I couldn’t get the garage door up. I remembered the TV add about Precision. I called and given a time frame for the same day Within 45 min from me calling I received a call they were on their way. Great service and work. I called at 0800 in the morning and the technician arrived within 4 hours. I was very impressed with the quick scheduling. The quality of service was over and above the usual replacement of parts. I would highly recommend them as they were recommended to me by word of mouth.
