I have learned from my recent repair. First do not go with a company that charges a fee to come out to look at your door. I have found many companies that do not charge. Anyways I had someone come out for 2 springs and 2 cables. Just as reference you can get 2 springs from home depot for about $150 and two cables for $20. I know that these springs are probably not as good or whatever. The guy was very nice and knew what he was doing. I received a quote for 2 new springs (regular ones not the strong ones) and 2 cables for $900.00. My jaw about hit the floor. I asked why it was so high and he couldn’t answer me. I politely ask the gentleman to leave and paid $50.00 for the visit. I called another company, was able to tell them what the issue was and was given a quote of $400.00 if that was truly what the problem was. I understand that if there was more to do, it would of course be more. There was no charge to come out and the man came in, made the repair and I paid $400.00. These days I feel like everyone is trying to gouge you. Precision, I feel like you are one of those businesses. I will spread the word so I feel better about losing my $50.00

Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.
