The technician, Dmitri, came out on time on the coldest day of the year, was totally upfront and transparent about the process and price, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken parts quickly so we could use our garage again and get the cars out of the cold. I was very satisfied with our experience.

Excellent service and technician.

Trying to program the door opener for a new vehicle we just picked up and the spring broke on the door. We were surprised when we called Precision that they could come out yet that evening and fix it. Dustin called when he was on his way, arrived and reviewed the situation, showed me what else was excessively worn and provided a cost to repair up front. We agreed and in about 45-60 minutes we were operational again! pleased to be able to park the new car int he garage and not have to leave it out overnight. Dustin was exceptional in explaining the problem and what needed to be completed. Very pleased and would highly recommend this team!

Patrick was very helpful and patient as we worked through our financing options. He was also respectful and completed the install in a timely manner once financing was approved.

Chase came today and replaced a spring, cables and ball bearings. He was polite and clearly explained what repairs I needed. He was very thorough and once he was finished installing the parts he called me out to the garage to go over everything he had done. Precision just earned a customer for life.

The technician arrived early, which was very nice and the spring was replaced in about 25 minutes. The springs are warrantied for 2 years, which is a year longer than the previous company I have used. I was also very appreciative that they were able to repair this the day after Thanksgiving.
