My tech was Curt V and he was very curtious and conscientious about his work. Things did not go smoothly for this repair and he never got upset or unsafe. His workmanship was good, the spring he used was based on the ones he took off and he felt the door was still too heavy. He then proceeded to try another spring pair and they were better but the drums for the cables were worn too much and as we were checking the installation the cables slipped off the drum. Soo, as we chuckled the third time is the charm and it was perfect after replacing the drums. I will say he got quite the workout today, but kept a positive outlook and worked nonstop until it was done right and done safely.

I called at 5:45pm and Curt was here before 7:00pm. He was friendly , thorough, and explained everything.he was here till 9:30. I will recommend Precision to everyone. They did what the commercials said they would do. Thanks!!!
