Last night when I returned from walking the dog and closed the garage door it sounded like it had crashed onto my car. Thankfully it hadn’t, but wouldn’t open. I called Precision – open till 8 – and scheduled a technician (Jason D) for 1st call this morning. My 3 yr old house, with a builder grade garage door opener, had already broke its spring. After reviewing my options, I went with replacing it and 2 hrs later I have a much quieter and, no doubt, more reliable garage door opener. Jason was extremely courteous and professional, as noted on his previous reviews. He was great at explaining what had happened and the difference in quality of products. If available, I will ask for Jason if a future need arises.

Technician Joshua Walker was very good – nice gentleman!! Overall, service was great and timely. Price paid was higher than expected so I need to research the reasonable cost for replacing garage door springs are in Columbus Ohio.

Jason Daring was an excellent technician who was most able to repair and install the needed repair on both the garage door opener and garage door, The repair by Precision has enable our garage door and opener to meet the standards necessary for additional 5-10 years performance at our home. Jason was both courteous and most professional displaying skill in recognizing quickly the work needed to be done. Very appreciative of the quick response by Jason arriving on time and completing the job.

I was very pleased with the service provided today by Adam Huston this morning. Adam was friendly and professional, explained the issue and made the repair quickly. He also identified other issues with the door that would cause issues in the future. The opener was 7-years old and needed maintenance. I was also pleased Precision has same day service because of an appointment later today. I certainly had to get my car out of the garage. Highly recommend Precision and will use them in the future.

Easily made an appointment on the website. Gave good options for service requested and appointment times. Tech was well within the requested appointment window. Was very polite and cheerful in person. Quickly assessed the damage and provided estimate of service. Repair actual amount did not exceed estimate given. Repair looks great and door works better than it did before the service.

Jason Daring was the technician that came out to install a new upgraded spring system for me since mine was broken. He explained the different options and told me the benefits and cost differences. After I made my decision , he proceeded to professionally installed the new spring system. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very personable and explained the process as he went along. He took all the old parts away, explained how to lubricate the new springs and cleaned up before leaving. I will recommend Jason and Precision Door Service to anyone who needs garage doors or repairs. Thanks.
