I called Precision Door Service today at 1100 hours . My key pad and remote opener were no longer functional . Both car openers did work . Thomas Timmons the technician arrive at my home at 1230 hours … only 1/12 hours after I made my initial call to the company . I explained my issues with Thomas within 45 minutes he replaced my key pad with Liftmaster pad and reprogrammed my remote . All this while it is very cold outside .
