Great service! The first person I spoke with when requiring about some needed door repairs, was very courteous and friendly. She made my appointment that suited my needs and gave me a time between 3 and 6. To my surprise, she called back and said she had a technician in the area that could arrive by 1:00. Matt arrived on time, examined my needs and gave me a quote. Within 10 minutes he called me to inspect his work, which was exactly as I requested. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to my friends.

One of the technicians from your company came to our home today, just to check the springs on our garage door and make sure all of the screws were tightened down. He was able to do everything we needed and then some. Charles Francis Love was that technician, and he was amazing! Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did way more than was expected. Our garage door is awesome now! You did a wonderful job Mr. Love! Thank you!! We will definitely be recommending and using Precision for ALL of our garage door needs!

Garage Door is all fixed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service in Columbus. Their service is INCREDIBLE! David Morgan, our tech, was super cool. He didn’t try to sell us crap we don’t need. Reprogrammed everything and when we asked about an extra remote for our cars, he had one on hand and programmed it for us. Also, before they show up they send you a confirmation email including pictures of their technicians so you know who to expect when they show up. That is some above and beyond service right there!!!

Matt arrived early within the scheduled window to replace the broken spring. He explained exactly which parts he would replace and completed the work very quickly. The door works great and appreciate his proficiency and professionalism. Matt was great to work with.

I chose Precision Door Company to look at my garage door that wasn’t broken – yet. The ease of scheduling an appointment with the office was excellent as there were options for the time and day. The technician that came to my home, Gary Lemaster, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with my new garage door opener and the service I received.

Our garage door was not closing anymore so we contacted precision. Our whole garage door system had been recently replaced in 2018. They stated that our whole safety system needed replaced which would cost over $1,100. We have a toddler and a newborn at home so we had it replaced. I thought it seemed very expensive. After talking with my dad, he took my itemized statement to his garage door company and they stated I was over charged by about double and that some of the parts replaced would not of needed replaced for what was wrong with the garage door. Super unfortunate since the salesman saw that we had a newborn and he still overcharged us by double for our garage door, replaced parts that didn’t need done, and took advantage of us. I Definitely do not recommend and I will let my coworkers know to never use this company and let my neighborhood Facebook group to never use this company!
