Great experience. David Crowe, one of your senior technicians, is simply fantastic. Precision Door installed a “high lift” on our garage door to move the tracks and opener higher so I can put a lift in that bay and store 2 cars there. Great guy, excellent installation, overall fantastic service. Highly recommended. I’d use David Crowe and Precision Garage Door again ANY TIME…!

Our garage door had a broken spring and I called the original installer who quoted me a price 4x what Precision had quoted. The original installer could not fix the door today but would have someone call me tomorrow. Precision said they could send a man out today between 12:00 and 4:00 P.M. Precision’s installer arrived just before Noon and left about 2: 15 P.M. Fast service, friendly installer (Jim) plus reasonable price. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

I love the quick service, but I am still having issues opening and closing the garage door, the unit is only 3 years old, and service has been out multiple times. I need to call once again for the same issue.

Our technician, Adam, thoroughly inspected our garage door. He caught rust issues that the competition missed. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the issues with our 40 yr old door. The cost was reasonable for the repairs that were needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
