The spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday. I called Precision to get on their schedule, asap assuming it would be days if not weeks before we could coordinate a repair. Turned out Matt was able to come out right away and just like that….all was fixed. Ended up doing some very overdo maintenance and fixes. Matt was professional and efficient. I had new Garage door opener installed by Technician Josh on 10/25/24 at my house. Although the initial estimate was really high, Josh worked with me to bring down the price very much almost to one third of the initial estimate with the promotions. He installed the garage door opener very fast and cleaned the work area and answered all my questions and was on time for the appointment. Very professional. Top technician.

We have been doing business with this company since last year, when they installed a new door opener. Yesterday the door was not staying up after being opened and then ended up going down all on its own. Then it worked fine a couple times. The next morning the door would not go up. I called the office and they sent someone out — Derek — right away. He detailed the issues very clearly and we made an agreement about what to fix. He spent the afternoon on this old garage door installing replacement parts that had probably never been changed for decades. He was very polite and efficient. Everything is working now! Many things were replaced, not just the springs, but I’m only able to select one service.
