It was recommended by my First Alert system. The problem was solved, the workmen (2) were both helpful, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and were very courteous. I would recommend them. However, I found the prices for what was done was very high. I have neighbors who I will tell about their service, but I will mention that the price was very high for what I had done.

He was quickly able to assess the problem and gave me several options for how to proceed. Once I decided on a plan, he was able to do the installation the very same day! Technician was very knowledgeable and provided useful information to help decide what type of spring to install. Also lubricated all joints and rollers as well as advice on keeping wood door in good condition. on time for appointment, and performed work quickly and cleaned up!

Great service and easy to deal with. I have asked for my final invoice twice, which was supposed to be sent to my email address & have still not received one. i waited to do the review hoping to receive it, but a day and 1/2 later, still nothing. would give you higher stars for the service but the billing is part of it.
