Joe did an honest and outstanding job for us. Knowledgeable and skilled as well as polite. He assessed the overhead door, which was completely off kilter and missing rollers and partly off the rails. He explained how the malfunction happened and advised he could fix it, now. Assured us that the major parts were still good… door, rails, springs, and tensioners. In short time he had the door working perfectly. Very fair pricing. Excellent customer service. We would recommend him. We have been in our house for 34 years and do have our go-to garage door company. They were closed, on vacation. Found Precision online and we are glad we called them. Excellent work.

My call to Precision was handled very efficiently and professionally. They listened to me , took pertinent information and got back to me within 1-2 hours. They had a technician available the same afternoon, Walker Furpahs. He was at the house within a few hours, professionally listened to me about the problem, inspected and assessed the problem. He provided two different approached with pricing and a pro & con discussion. He answered all my questions. No pressure! He had the parts in the truck for either approach I selected. After my approval, he completed the repair in about 1 hour. He discussed what he found, submitted his invoice electronically and I paid the same way. Overall, his performance exceeds my expectations. The technician was on time, dedicated, and fast! It is winter in Ohio complete with sub-zero temperatures. We recently insulated our 2-car garage door to help ensure the temperature does not fall below freezing (we have an axillary electric heater). We recently added insulation to our garage door (R15). We knew the weight increase of 50-60 libs would affect the operation of the door. Precision being the original installer 4.5 years ago and having used them in the past at other locations we were confident in their ability to run the calculations to establish and replace the original springs with ones that would now be compatible with the added load of adding insulation. Existing chain drive garage door opener and remotes replaced with a new belt drive opener on January 17, 2025, by technician Joshua Walker. Professional installation and courteous instructions were provided on the operation of the new opener. Very pleased with the customer service provided by Joshua and the prompt arrival time for the appointment.

A commercial shown on Channel 6 news is why I chose Precision Garage of Columbus, The service I received was exceptional, especially since it was performed on the coldest day of the year. Muhammad Islam was very patient and explained what the issue was with the existing door opener and gave details on what process was needed to replace it with a new one.
