Service was immediate the day after contact, and on time. Door was repaired, appears to be operating as expected. The cost is a little greater than might be the case with other companies, but we’ve had service from another one in the past, which was not immediate, and communication regarding timing was poor. Used Precision in the past with very good results and service.
