I have used them multiple times already. They replaced springs and a door panel for me. I have had different reps come out to the house and they are all knowledgeable and timely. I will call precision for any garage door issues I have.

I chose precision because this was the fourth time that I’ve called them in the last few months. My garage door has had many problems. It’s 95 years old. Anyway, the guy came really fast. He was very apologetic. He fixed it. He made sure everything else was working well and he left ..Again very polite apologizing for having to come out again.
