Our 15-year old unit broke on a Sunday. I called the next morning and a new garage door opener was completely installed before lunch on Monday. David, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the new features and any other differences from what we used to have.

Garage door spring broke around 9am…the door was operational by noon! The response time was immediate and the tech was very helpful. Definitely recommend.
