He thoroughly explained what we needed and why it was necessary, then stayed late and completed all the work. His dedication to his position and his knowledge were both impressive. I registered for an appointment online during the late afternoon; your representative was there first thing in the morning. Precision Garage Door has now become our contact for all related to the garage door.

The technician was on time and very professional, checked out my garage door, (which was fine other than the spring being broken), and had it fixed in about an hour.
