I have had my door for a year. It’s been a great improvement to my old single car garage built in 1930. It really dressed the old building right up! The technician that came for my year inspection was very friendly, and took his time making sure all is in good working order. He also answered my questions regarding maintenance of the door. After doing some research, I felt good going with your cmpany, especially since you where willing to give me a quote over the phone. Jessica found a promotion for me right over the phone, she was totally awesome! Superstar she was. Then came Mike, your technician who after installing the same size springs that use to be on there and realizing that my door was actually too heavy for them, and instead of just not saying anyting and leaving, he removed them and installed the correct, stronger springs, and kept the same quote.
