Jason, the Service Technician, diagnosed the problem and replaced the garage opener gear quickly. The garage door glides quietly and smoothly after the repairs and adjustments. Jason, also tightened the loose opener chain and gave helpful tips on how to lubricate and maintain the garage door hardware.
