Tim was terrific! He checked things out (the door wouldn’t open, manually or electronically) and after fixing the wood issue, told us what the options were for the opener. Given the impending cold weather, we decided to go ahead and have the opener replaced – and are delighted to now have keyless entry!

Tim arrived right on time and was very friendly and easy to work with. He had my garage door opener problem fixed in a jiffy. Came on a last min call the servivr tec was able to fixed theroblem very fast Tim has great peopling skills will be nice to have him fix the grage door again when broken
