Precision repaired springs on our garage door in 2008. Unfortunately one of the springs failed and broke this week in 2016. I called Precision and they honored the lifetime warranty for the springs, immediately responded, and had our garage door working again within hours of the break. I’m totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Precision will absolutely get a call when I need service in the future.

I was very satisfied with my service. They were able to schedule me an appointment quickly (next day, in fact), my serviceman arrived when he was supposed to arrive (and called ahead to let me know of his ETA), and the services were provided in timely, professional, and economical manner. Also, there were no pushy sales tactics or other slimy sales stuff; rather, the serviceman just showed up, did his thing, and then was out of there. What more can you ask for? The answer is nothing, unless you’re a crazy person that asks people to do things they can’t or aren’t supposed to do. So, in sum, if you’re not a crazy person, you should be very satisfied with their services. And if you’re a crazy person, please stop worrying about your garage door and get mental health help.
