The technician, Tom, was professional and efficient and appears to have completed all of the work required plus did maintenance to ensure the other parts were lubricated and working correctly. My only concern was that I was somewhat taken aback by the cost, but I assume that is not out of line with that type of garage door repair

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision Garage Door for repair of my garage door. I’ll use them again if needed. Technician was very polite and explained repair, etc. Also showed me proper way to use pull cord if door would not work due to electrical outage, etc.
