This morning we woke up to find a spring had broken on our garage door. I called Precision first thing in the morning and they were out within an hour and a half! Tom fixed our spring in an hour and we had a working garage door again. Thank you for your speed!!

We called Precision desperate because my car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring on the garage door. They gave us a 2 hour window for that same day. My service was performed May 3, 2018. My Technician was Alex–he called before he came (just as I was promised by the office), he was even a little earlier than the predicted time slot, he was polite and stood and listened while I explained my problem with the garage door. Then, he informed me that he would check my door and see what could be wrong. About 10 or 15 mins. later he informed me what he thought it might be and what my choices were, along with the cost. I choose what I wanted to do and he said we’ll try that and if that doesn’t work then we’ll have to go ahead and do the other. He went right to work and my door was repaired. Afterwards, he explained what he did and explained about the age of my motor and that it might need to be replaced and I should start thinking about that. When I decided or need to replace the motor, be sure to give him a call and he’ll be glad to install it for me.

Tim came out right away on a Sunday and provided excellent service. He had our door fixed and operating better than before in no time.

David was on time, worked hard all day in the cold weather, and did a great job. The two new garage doors look great and function so smoothly and quietly. Knowing a bit about the techs in advance, and being able to look at insulation R values was very helpful.
