On Saturday, our garage door got stuck when the torsion spring broken. We called many services in town but no one open. Luckily we found Precision Door Service on Google. The receptionist was very kind and polite. She offered for help right away. The technician was very professional. He did not only do the repair, he also gave me good suggestion for new parts such as rollers. I accepted his idea under no pressure. The gentleman is very honest.

Our door had come off of the track, and Tim fixed it. He also found another issue with the door that would have been a huge deal in the future and would have potentially cost a lot of money. He reviewed with us what the issue was, and what it would cost to fix it. So glad he saved us from a future garage door disaster! Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The Technician (Dave) called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to advise he was on his way. He then arrived promptly, was very courteous with great insight and expertise. He presented me with options then completed repairs/maintenance efficiently. Very pleasant experience and Dave is asset to your organization.
