I ordered a new garage door with window panels, when the door was installed I realized that the window panel was omitted. So, it had to be ordered and 2 more weeks wait time. The door is also not level and has to be adjusted, which I noticed after the installer had left. I also had a new opener installed, which works fine.

Garage door stopped half open. Panel bracket and roller let go. Did not want to leave door open for the weekend. Precision came out in two hours and did not charge an extra $75 like others quoted but did give us the senior citizen discount. I will recommend them and will call them again if I ever need service. My garage door busted at 11am due to user error. Within 2 hours Dustin came and made the repairs over an hour visit. He was courteous experienced and very professional. He explained the charges —very reasonable — and gave me a digital invoice. Precision Door is very well managed and operated and I received a follow up email from the owner manager. Repair was completed as needed. Did not try to sell me unneeded door or accessories. I rated a 4 as the technician did not have the supplies needed on his truck and had to make a 2nd call – that was unexpected.

Dave was extremely responsive to our questions/concerns and encouraged us to contact Precision and him again should a issue arise with the garage door. We give a 5 rating.
