Ead arrived on time, diagnosed our problem – a broken spring that was installed 25 years ago in 1995 resulting in a broken cable. Ead professionally completed his work replacing both springs and installing new cables and ball bearings in a couple of hours. Thanks, Ead!!

Next day service, tech was on-time, very polite and friendly, was conscious of the social distancing protocols right now with COVID-19. Tech gave me some options for my repair, and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. Gave me a final overview of the repairs and upgrades. Very pleased with this company. My service tech was Alex and he takes customer service to a new level. Super friendly and very informative as he went through the install. Went over everything in detail and happily answered any and all questions I had. Our new opener installed works great and is way more quieter than our old one. Contacted them at 1 on a Saturday and Alex was there at 2:30 same day. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this company. Any work I have in the future I will for sure use them and ask for Alex.

Tom was great, he showed us the issues we were having with our garage door and explained the difference between the garage door openers and the new springs. We would highly recommend Tom.
