Tim, a technician for RAPP Operations/Precision Door Service, did a great job installing a new LiftMaster belt-driven garage door opener and new garage door rollers. He also replaced a broken hinge he discovered while making minor repairs to a lower garage door panel. The entire job was done in less than an hour and a halve. The belt driven unit, along with the new nylon garage door rollers, was indeed very quite– could barely hear it compared to the previous chain drive unit. The reason I gave 4 stars vs five stars (the job Tim did was clearly worthy of a five) was due to the amount charged for the parts replaced. However, after to speaking with RAAP’s office manager, a reasonable adjustment was made to the final invoice. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by RAPP/Precision Door Service.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night at 10:30 PM. Saturday morning 9 AM looking through web pages I saw Precisions web site and was very impressed after watching their videos and reading helpful information that they shared there. Next when I called them at 9:30 AM Sat morning the person answering the phone put me at rest and instilled trust for me in the company. She gave me a window of time that they could be there today 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 I can not remember now but I said that would be so great. Now came the best part, Alex E called AT 2 PM and said he was on his way and would be there in about 15 minutes if that would be good for me. When he arrived he was so professional mask gloves and more. All I can say is that he is so truly good with older people. Also when he arrived he looked things over and gave me 3 estimates of what we could go with and let me pick the one I was comfortable with. Also showed the reason for the each of the estimates, my door is 17 years old. Alex E is the reason I am writing this review thank you for having great service people represent your company… I am so happy with the work he did and how nice of a young man was.

I thought the service tech was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and make recommendations and we thought he did a wonderful job. I was very pleased to have the weather strip replaced and the rollers. Great service and price!

Anthony came out the same day I had my issue, then replaced the whole garage door opener and added a keypad within 1 hour. I definitely recommend these guys.

This is the second time we have called on Precision to help us with a repair. They are always courteous and prompt. They are now my “go to people” for garage door service. And they will be the one’s I go to for my garage door replacement, which at 28 years, will be soon.

Dustin was easy to work with–efficient, considerate, helpful. We purchased various parts for our 2-car garage door–new opener, springs, etc. as well as replacement of rollers for the one-car garage door. All work competed in a timely, professional manner and at a reasonable cost.
