Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. My garage door spring broke and I called Precision Door. Alex wasout in 2 hours and we discussed options and after talking it over decided to do a small repair ourselves since the garage will not be around for much longer before we rebuild one (very old). Alex was great and would definitely recommend to anyone, and when I do need my new garage doors I will use them!
