Timely repair,c/w by a friendly,knowledgeable repair man.

Technician was a friendly guy. Alerted him of the problem, he let me know the estimate to fix my functional existing garage door opener. After further investigation, it was determined that it could not be repaired and couldn’t be put back together, functional and in its pre-existing condition. While I’m not necessarily questioning the technician, the situation put me in the position to pretty much buy another one on the spot. Could I have refused? Yes, but then I would have had to do another round of research and get second opinions on something that I thought was a $200 repair and not a $1,600 purchase. Just wasn’t comfortable how it went down. The technician did a great job of installing and it works very well so far.

The old motor was 23 years old and was having problems so had a new Genie put in. Your technician Mike was super. He was very courteous, explained different options I could take. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Joe came out to investigate an issue with opening/closing our garage door. The issue was resolved by the end of the visit. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions and was a very nice guy!
