Within 24 hours of my garage door breaking, I had an appointment set, a technician out, the door assessed and repaired. Very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the technician he was very knowledgeable and professional. The 3 star rating is no reflection on the tech but on the cost of the service. I would have gotten other quotes if were are dealing with Covid-19. It was truly sticker shock however I will say I was able to get same day service that was also impressive. I thought I was just getting maintenance done which is what the service was again I thought the cost was extremely high.

My garage door stopped working, of course the car was in the garage. Called Precision on a Saturday night the service man, Tim, was there before 10 the next morning. He gave me two options, fix everything, or fix just what was broken. I wanted everything fixed or replaced if it was worn or broken. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left no mess. Made sure the door was working properly before he left and put in two new light bulbs in my garage door opener. Would recommend Precision to others in my condo community.

I was very surprised to hear from my wife that your Technician (Tom Palmer) came into my house twice without a mask even though Franklin County is under a mandatory mask order and wearing a mask to protect my 62 year old wife would have been the least I would have expected. Very disappointed in this. All the work was done rapidly and professionally and the garage door works perfectly now. The cost was higher than I expected, but I did not have time to take bids and cannot say if it was above the market or not. My low rating is based strictly on your employees total disregard for my wife’s safety and health.

Kayne did a great job, explaining what work needed to be done. He was very quick and efficient.

The service was amazingly fast and the quality of the work was excellent. My only complaint is pricing. $800 for a new 1/2 hp opener seems to be to much.

Alex, the technician, arrived soon after I called. He assessed the problems and explained my options to fix them. He then did the new installation in a timely fashion and talked me through all the new parts and how to use them. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy I used Precision!!

I had my door opener, cable, and springs replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the technician was easy to work with — professional, pleasant and efficient. After doing a check on the equipment, he provided options and I was able to make a quick decision. Everything was done within a couple of hours. Thanks for a great buying experience!
