Matt was our garage door technician and he was very knowledgeable about the products that we were looking at installing. He was very professional, wonderful at his job and a really good listener. Joe and I spent more on the opener than we would have liked but it was better than having someone come out again to replace something else!!!!

Technician (Lake) diagnosed several problems having to do with the age of the garage door: most of the hardware had simply worn out. He replaced all necessary parts quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing at every step. He even went the extra mile and remounted the obstruction sensors at a better height. Great job all around.

The spring on my door broke and could not get my car out. Called Precision at about 3:15pm. The technicians arrived at my house by 4:00pm. Lake and Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed in about an hour. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, and were very friendly. I would recommend Precision to everyone. He provided me three options, I picked one, he installed…..lol Everything is soooooooooo much quieter now. He explained everything, was courteous, and cleaned everything up before he left. I have wood garage doors that were old and damaged and he repaired them (without the cost of replacement that would have been VERY costly) and we are VERY happy with his work!!
