I had Precision Door Columbus come out because I had questions about my 21 year old garage door motor. Joe answered all my questions. He was on time, courteous and professional. I ended up buying a new belt drive motor and Joe had it installed in less than 2 hours. He even switched the door sensors because the sun often prevented the sensors from working. Had issue with garage door bottom seal and side seals. Tech Ken came, replaced what he could and will be back when remaining products are in stock. Precision Garage Door company did an excellent job. The technician replaced the garage door opener, the springs, 3 ball bearings and installed a key pad. The service rep, Tim T who came out was prompt; called ahead He was clear and up front about the charges for the services before starting. He cleaned up all the packing materials and took away the old opener and springs. He also took the time to make sure I knew how each item worked. I feel the pricing was right. I was looking for peace of mind and Precision provided it.
