He even left me a can of lubricant spray and showed me where it needs to be used in the future. David Crowe rebuilt a double and single garage door for us today. He called before arriving and we met with a friendly handshake. We discussed what I wanted from Precision Door Service. David was professional and went to work analyzing the doors. He then reviewed with me what it would take and the cost to replace the hardware and door seals. I agreed with his assessment and he went to work making the needed repairs. Upon completion he explained the Precision warranty, reviewed the invoice for each door, I paid him / Precision, and he emailed me a copy of the work done and a paid receipt. Job well done.

We were having trouble with our keypad panel to the garage door opener for the last weeks and had been unable to reset our code successfully since we bought the home 2 years back. My entire experience was great! I was able to have someone come to repair my garage door the morning after my call, they came and gave me 3 options; Good, Better and Best. I went with the “Best” option as I didn’t want a quick fix, but wanted a long term solution. I have a 7 year warranty, and the garage door is so much quieter when going up or down! I also won’t worry about the garage door falling down on my cars in the garage! Thank you!!!
